The response of gingival tissue to various factors varies according to age, sex, general health and emotional status in various people. The most common form of gingival disease is chronic inflammation, and usually spreads into supportive tissues periodontal causes the onset of the disease.
Some forms of gingival disease can only remain for long years, belonging to the tissue gingival . Inflammation is a general feature in all forms of gum disease. Bacterial plaque, materia alba, calculus, micro-organisms and their harmful products are almost always present as local agents around the gingiva, and gingivitis leads to the formation of gingivitis.
However, pathological processes such as atrophy, hyperplasia and neoplasia may not occur as a result of local irritation and the event of inflammation may be involved later. Not all cases of gingivitis show the different characteristics of inflammation, and this difference arises from the reaction between inflammation and other pathological processes that may be present in gingival disease.
